地域に密着した市民の図書館として地域住民が日常活動の中で自由なコミュニケーションの場となるようなマイタウンライブラリーとして、具体的で実現可能な提案を求められたもの。閲覧室部分が吹き抜けとトップライトによって構成されている。
The one that concrete, feasible proposal was requested as my town library where local populace becomes free communication space as library of the citizens who stick to region in routine activity. The reading room part is composed by an open ceiling and a top light.
